Pastors, elders, presbyters, overseers, and bishops are different terms that refer to the same body of servant leaders.  They have different roles according to their gifts, but they work together toward the same goal.  The spiritual qualifications for elders are found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.  The elders/pastors are the spiritual leaders of the church.  As spiritual leaders, they are the preachers, teachers, and biblical counselors of the church. They also provide general leadership in areas of business, finance, and management of the church's various ministries.
